About the Shefa Project

Welcome . . .

Boaz and Rina Photo Our new website is still "under construction" so many of our pages are not active at this time. Feel free to browse around and see what we do have finished. As we continue our active development, there could be regular changes. If you have any questions or comments, please feel free to contact us. Thanks for your patience.

Shefa is situated in the heart of the Negev Highlands and Boaz and Rina have been there since 2007. Here they continue to be actively involved in agriculture and tourism and shofar production. Their love for the Word has produced a selection of articles and commentaries.

Up to date, on the ground updates are available from time to time by subscribing to Shefa's secure mailing list. PDF downloads and regular publications are available as well from the site.

“For if you turn again to Hashem, your brothers and your sons will have mercies before those who lead them captive, so that they shall come again into this land. For Hashem your God is gracious and merciful, and will not turn His face away from you if you return to Him.”
2 Chron. 30:9

We see the fulfillment of the ‘Bridge to the Land’ the shofars and the tours continue to be our source of income as we wait for the herbs and healing plants to develop. We will have our first round of seeds by the end of Summer 2012. Details will be released through our newsletters as things progress.

Our Vision

We are called to provide a tangible opportunity for people to experience the Land first hand and hands on. This is done either through volunteer opportunities on and around our farm – we also have a small shofar factory and do renovations or through the tours that we offer and organize.

Through these contacts with our visitors we share the workings of the Hebrew mind in relation to the Scriptures and its application to our everyday life.

We write articles as we feel lead and share them though our email list. We do not claim to have all the answers but share freely with those that are interested in the understanding that HASHEM has given us.

We understand tolerance of other points of view adhering to the teachings of the sages that the Torah has seventy faces.
