When saying the blessings before eating, if there is bread on the table, it's blessing will always take precedent.
Blessing on the bread:
"Baruch ata Adonia, Elohenu melech ha olam, ha motze lechem min ha aretz."
Blessed are you Lord God, King of the universe, who brings forth the bread from the earth.
Blessing for other grains:
"Baruch ata Adonai, Elohenu melech ha olam, borey miney mezonot."
Blessed are you Lord God, King of the universe, the creator of all kinds of nourishment.
Blessing for the Wine:
"Baruch ata Adonai Elohenu melech ha olam borey pri ha gafen."
Blessed are you Lord God, King of the universe, who created the fruit of the vine.
Blessing for foods that grow on trees:
"Baruch ata Adonai Elohenu melech ha olam, borey pri ha etz."
Blessed are you Lord God, King of the universe, who creates the fruit of the trees.
Blessing for foods that grow on the ground:
"Baruch ata Adonai Elohenu melech ha olam, borey pri ha adama."
Blessed are you Lord God, King of the universe who created the fruit of the earth.
Blessings for foods that do not fit into the above categories:
"Baruch ata Adonai Elohenu melech ha olam, sh'hakol nihiye b'dvaro."
Blessed are you Lord God, King of the universe, by whose word all things were spoken into being.
